By accessing or using 50PaisaWin Pro (the "Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of India to use the Platform.

2. Account

• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be blocked.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• You agree not to use bots, scripts, VPNs or any unfair means to earn coins.

3. Coins & withdrawals

• Coins have no monetary value until withdrawn via UPI per published rates.
• Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are shown in the Wallet section.
• We may reverse coins earned through fraud, abuse or technical errors.

4. Prohibited activity

• Automation, fake clicks, multi-accounting, referral fraud
• Uploading abusive, illegal or copyrighted material via tools
• Reverse engineering or attacking the Platform

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in India.
